Hamid Kerayechian is the Co-Founder & CEO of Ayana Properties, which is part of the Ayana Holding group of companies, where Hamid is the CEO & Founding Partner.
Hamid relocated from Southern California to Dubai in 2008 and over the course of his career served with some of the world’s most influential organizations. With over 17 years of robust experience in the luxury development space and a dynamic entrepreneurial spirit, Hamid is inspired by an innate sense of boldness, integrity and resourcefulness – qualities that he injects to all of his companies, projects and developments.
Hamid infuses his companies with an essence of drive, growth and enterprise, which has enabled him to assemble a portfolio of the most prestigious global organizations. As an energetic and interactive leader, he prides himself on managing teams of highly motivated and experienced professionals, who play a fundamental role in the growth, development and delivery of the quality projects and companies that comprise Ayana Holding.

Born and raised in London, with over 12 years of real estate experience, she has built a solid foundation of corporate and individual clients. She has a long record of successfully advising local and international clients with their real estate acquisitions. Early in her career, Mandana worked at Foxtons Estate Agents London in the prestigious Mayfair Park Lane Office. There she handled high net worth clients and received a great wealth of knowledge and training from the best in the industry, ultimately becoming a high achiever at a young age.
In 2008 she relocated to Dubai and joined Hamptons International. Mandana became highly regarded as a specialist real estate expert within Downtown Dubai, and was the go-to agent to advise those looking to buy or rent in the area. Eventually, she positioned herself as a pioneer in selling Armani Residences as well as achieving success in Burj Khalifa. Throughout her tenure until 2016, one of her most rewarding accomplishments was the sale of a large plot of land for hotel use. Mandana spotted an opportunity to make use of her extensive London knowledge to assist foreign buyers purchasing properties in the UK, eventually deciding to dedicate her focus to UK property.
With a passion for development and property from a young age, Mandana graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Economics from the University of London.
Shazia Shafi Esmail is the Associate Director of UK sales for Ayana Properties. Born and educated in London, Shazia spent most of her childhood between the UK and Kenya and in 2005 she relocated to Dubai.
Shazia is a Real Estate professional with over 13 years of sales, marketing and strategy experience across the GCC and UK markets specialising in both off-plan and ready new developments as well as existing refurbished properties. Ranked among the top UK agents in the GCC, Shazia is known for her extensive market knowledge. She excels at building and improving private client portfolios, ensuring year-on-year (YOY) increased growth, Return on Investment (ROI) and revenue.
With a proven track record of consistent sales, repeat clients and referrals in the GCC, Shazia spends her time between the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and London. As a results-oriented and driven professional, Shazia has assisted in securing several large acquisitions for clients. With this, she provides end-to-end service and handles everything to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, where clients can also expect full respect of their privacy on real estate transactions.

Voya is the Europe Markets Manager for Ayana Properties, bringing over 10 years of international property market experience with him to the role as well as a huge clientele portfolio and professional network.
He specializes in both off-plan and ready developments across the UAE whilst raising the profile of European markets such as Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia and Montenegro. Voya spent over 6 years with Hamptons International specializing in luxurious communities such as the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, achieving high sales performance on many luxurious projects.
He was awarded top sales performer for the 5 star ‘The Address Jumeirah’ project in Dubai.
With multiple rewards and accomplishments under his belt, Voya has a focus on projects with high capital gains and ROI potential. Most recently he decided to introduce the growing Eastern European market to investors across the GCC.
Joanna is Wealth Advisor for Ayana Properties, specialized in handling the investment needs of High Net Worth Chinese clientele, she provides her clients with strategic real estate proposals which maximize their return on investment and offer ease of transaction. Joanna had a record-breaking year of sales in 2018. She was based between Dubai and London where she built business relations between Dubai, London and China giving Chinese investors tactical investment options in the Dubai and London real estate market.
Born and raised in Shanghai, she graduated from a major in Industrial Design from the Shanghai University of Engineering Science as well as a Certificate of Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art. Her expertise and professional perspectives on architecture, interior and art design helps clients get the right choices on their real estate investments.
Director of Communications at Ayana Properties
Sila Simsek is the Director of Communications at Ayana Properties. She brings over 10 years of international communications, digital media, copywriting and events experience to the role. Australian born, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Professional Writing as well as a Certificate IV in Business Management from Victoria University, Melbourne.
Throughout her career she has worked with a diverse scope of clients across various industries, including real estate, hospitality, F&B, beauty, design, medical and aviation to create communications, PR and social media strategies as well as develop a broad range of content.
In 2015, she moved to the United Arab Emirates and worked for Etihad Airways as Senior Manager in Visual Communications across Europe, where she was relocated to for 2 years. The first 8 months she was based in Milan, Italy and managed visual communications at the 2015 World Expo. Then, was based across the UK and Europe for a further 12 months, where she managed the visual communications for the Etihad Airways Mobile Exhibition, executing over 80 events and exhibitions across cities in England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy and Spain. In 2017, she moved back to the UAE and worked for a global Private Equity firm as Senior Communications Manager, based in Dubai.
