One West Point
One West Point at Portal West is the centre of a masterplan which is set to deliver growth which will encompass 1600 acres of enterprise. The Old Oak Common and Park Royal regeneration will create an entirely new and uplifted community in this strategic zone 2 location of London. This is the largest regeneration of its kind in the UK. There is an ongoing £26 billion redevelopment enhancing the appeal of West London even further after the recent expansion and growth of Westfield Shopping Centre. Seven different rail and tube linkes will interconnect across the masterplan as well as the convenient Central Line at North Acton. HS2 will provide up to 18 trains per hour between Old Oak and the North – putting Birmingham at just 31 minutes travel time.

One West Point Location:
The area will also be home to a vast 25 acre, £3 billion new campus for Imperial College London, one of the world’s leading universities. The new masterplan for the community will create a go-to destination in West London.
The hub is projected to contribute to a £15 billion economic boost over the following 30 years. Crossrail will operate services into the West End in under 10 minutes and London Heathrow in less than 20 minutes.
This development is next to the North Acton Station and a few minutes’ walk to the new Crossrail station. So many high rise residential buildings have been developed in the East London and those who invested first benefitted most from capital growth. There has been very little in West London but that is about to change and as such I have no reason to doubt that here as well the initial investors are likely to gain the most.
